Previously known as Arc HealthResources, Hudson Valley Comprehensive Healthcare (HVCH) is a division of The Arc Rockland. Since 1954 The Arc Rockland has been empowering and supporting individuals with the intellectual development disorders (IDD) in and around New York’s Rockland County. Utilizing the infrastructure of The Arc Rockland and working in collaboration with all other departments and divisions, HVCH is region’s leader in healthcare services for individuals with IDD and their families.
